Up in the left corner of my page underneath your browser bar you’ll see a bar that has, starting at the left, the WordPress “W in a circle” logo, then a little icon, Fifty State Banana, and then a circle with a plus in it. Click that circle with the plus in it. I run for the ALZ Stars team. I hate Alzheimer’s Disease.
Love running in snow. This morning I passed a woman sweeping off her car with broom, smiled and said good morning. She told me she didn’t think so, and if I was out doing this for fun, I was crazy. I love my Inner Yeti.

Oh, after fifteen minutes, I am quite warm, as long as I drink fluids or, like today, eat snowflakes. Afterwards I have a nice hot cup of tea.
