I moved here from Atlanta. There are tons of new buildings, new homes, new shops in Atlanta. Pennsylvania is stuck in a time warp. I’d have to go downtown to Pittsburgh or Philly to see anything new. And, sadly, ruined buildings just sit, gathering vermin and crumbling within.
