I decided to work on five areas to finish it. The area behind the right figure’s shoulder is now a receding woodland, the area to the left of the left-hand figure is a lake, and I’m putting black patent leather platform shoes on that figure. Also, I’m propping a mask of a baby’s face against the left figure’s foot facing the bearded baby. It’s at an extremely oblique angle. To the right of the foreground tree, deep shadow. Finished work goes up Friday. I am going to develop this style. I like it.
