From Movement to Stillness

This hour of effort to create order was a very satisfying experience. That feeling of regularity translating into serenity defied explanation.

Yoga Sandwich

and gently laid my full weight on these cars. My weight was distributed over approximately 200 cars, about a pound per car. At that point, I raised my lower legs 90 degrees from the mat for launch, and asked an assistant to send me. He shoved me by my legs right into the wall. The plush yoga mat was carried by cars, which were close enough that the mat hardly grazed the floor. It felt like sliding on a skateboard, sort of boring.

When I hit the wall, it was like reaching nirvana. I felt like I had not arrived, but transcended myself to find the real world.

I cleaned up and stowed everything away. The rest of the day was uneventful.

Nine Hours of Sleep

That was an unbelievable result. Wow, in the middle of a pandemic, I was able to get blessed sleep. Seriously, I can count on one hand how many times that happens a year.

Stemming is sort of like yoga that is difficult to share. I used a stemming trick, added some yoga on it, literally like a stupid Relaxation sandwich, and then added motion, adventure, and a sense of closure. I call the position Hot Wheels Lizard.
