Painted oils, each 24”x18”. Items will be for sale in my Etsy shop. Free domestic shipping. I am leaving this as-is due to technical difficulties.

This is basically a mildly disappointing summer project. There is wet paint on the 1st and 3rd. If all goes well, this is finished by mid-September. EDIT: I’m done. I want to move to aerial images and landscapes through the winter. If you notice, the figure’s leg in panels I and III is the same leg. My leg!

The first painting requires light upon the figure’s hair, petals on tiny foreground wildflowers, and band t-shirt artwork.
The second painting needs the central figure’s hand and skin tone fixed, and an exorcism.
The third painting needs the owl detailed, the background in upper left brightened, and general detail.
In addition to the paintings, there will be a stereoscopic camera mounted to the central frame. I wanted object recognition bounding boxes and retro Tenserflow stuff on the image of viewers. You approach the painting, you notice a monitor is displaying information about your distance from the painting.
The prototypical device is old and mostly useless. I smelt a deal and I lost some dollars. The microcontroller I bought for this doesn’t have the functionality of its current product. I could have replaced it and –
– spent more money on this thing than it’s worth.
It was, I found online, nothing more than a glorified camera. I had to wipe and reformat storage, upgrade the OS, but it doesn’t do anything. I can manually take photos with it, but that wasn’t what this project needed. I decided to still mount the device and just let it go. Two 1080p cameras are mounted to the top middle frame.
When someone views the paintings, their image will be displayed on a nearby monitor. There’s no art there. It’s just you looking at stuff you probably won’t buy.
I will mount the device after I apply aerosol varnish in October.
