I was featured in a cool SW Pennsylvania culture magazine, a see-and-do rag, Pennsylvania Bridges, in an “area man” article. It made me out to be kind of exciting. Someone wanted to write about my running and painting. Lately, with the job search and bronchitis, I haven’t had enough hours carved out for either pastime, so it was cool to touch base with myself through someone else’s eyes. “Joseph Phillips isn’t your average runner.” I’m hoping I start getting exposure to sell my paintings.
